Pros
I usually loath doing my tax return each year... with so many documents and the forms are confusing! Propeller took all the guess work out. The electronic method of uploading and signing documents was straightforward and easy to use. Communication was always promptly responded to and clear. I will never go anywhere else and I will continue to sing the praises of this great advisory group. Thank you for all your help
Areas for Improvement
There were a few times where the team needed to consult internally (which I completely understand and am grateful for the double-check), however it would be wonderful if approximate response times were outlined upfront so I didn`t have to follow up. It wasn`t a big deal, but it would turn a great experience into a brilliant experience.

Accounting and Fiscal into the future
Pros
Propeller Advisory seems to excel at most accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Areas for Improvement
Only area I can think off would be to further sophisticate the system to include integration with other software applications thus allowing for a myriad customisation possibilities.. But in reality this would be getting to the fine point in excellence..!

Pros
Very happy to help with various different requests, very an issue and always contactable via email and telephone.
Areas for Improvement
Provide lay person summaries of tax positions, at the moment we receive reports which are great however, often I do not get the time to comprehensively review them so a few dot points/executive summary would be handy.

Areas for Improvement
We are pretty satisfied with everything really. We used to do inventory management and were stuck on finding a platform that would meet our needs and integrate with our website and accounting platform. Propeller Advisory went out of their way to help us find the best solution out there, even though it wasn`t their area of expertise. This is the attitude we like, they are pro-active in any situation.
